When will I receive my candles?
There is currently an average 4-5 business day turnaround before orders are dispatched. This is because our candles are made to order, hand poured and require a few days curing time.
Due to Australia Post Covid-19 delays, Standard domestic post may take longer than usual- approx. 4-7 business days. This service may take longer to WA, some rural areas and during public holidays.
When your candles are posted out, a notification will arrive in an email with package tracking information.
We will do everything that we can to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible.
If you require your items to arrive by a specific date, please send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to meet your requirements!
AU Delivery Rates
We make it as simple as possible with one flat rate of $9.00 for shipping for all parcel post, domestic orders.
Australia Parcel Post $9.00 (4-7 business days) (within Australia)
Australia Express Post $15.00 (1-3 business days) (within Australia)
Outside of Australia, orders will be sent via Registered International Air Mail for orders under 3kg.
International shipping may incur local import taxes and duties on goods entering the destination country. Customers are liable for any such customs charges that may be applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% happy with our candles!
If items are defective or arrive damaged we'll replace it for the same item within 30 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return exchange, the candle must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please choose carefully as we are unable to exchange candles once they have been lit.
